Richmond starts playoffs with a win against NorthWest Guilford
The Raiders strong third quarter propel them to a large win over North West Guilford (30-0) in the first round.
Raiders handle Hoke
Richmond put Hoke County away early in the second half and won 36-17 to finish out the regular season.
Richmond takes down the Falcons
The Raiders defeated the 71st Falcons 22-15 scoring a TD with 22 seconds left!
Two Raiders selected for 2008 NC/SC Shrine Bowl

The Varsity Football game against Jack Britt has been postponed due to rain. The game will be played at Raider Stadium Saturday, Sept. 27 at 7pm.

Dannell Ellerbe on the cover of Sports Illustrated!
Richmond Raider Dannell Ellerbe now a Senior LB for the University of Georgia was recently featured on the cover of Sports Illustrated along with teammates QB Matthew Stafford and RB Knowshon Moreno. Dannell and the Bulldogs are headed into the season ranked by many as the #1 college football team in the country! Ellerbe is scheduled to graduate in Dec. All the Raiders wish continued success for Dannell! Congrats!
